Cristina Sanders spent more than 17 years working in some of the most operationally challenging environments imaginable — running education programs in Cambodia, founding a learning center for refugee children in Armenia, and managing complex multi-project finances for international nonprofits.
In Cambodia, she didn't just teach — she rebuilt a school's accounting records from scratch after inheriting minimal prior bookkeeping, secured new academic accreditation with a UK awarding body after the original accreditor went bankrupt, and assumed full in-country operational leadership during an unexpected leadership transition. She managed $10,000–$20,000 in monthly operating transfers across six projects and overhead cost centers, maintaining records that were clean enough for NGO audits.
In Armenia, she founded and built a multilingual learning center from the ground up — overseeing the facility remodel, kitchen construction, procurement, budgeting, and a volunteer coordination program that served refugees from multiple countries during a period of armed regional conflict.
That kind of experience — building systems under pressure, managing finances without margin for error, leading teams across cultural and language barriers — is exactly what it takes to run a complex administrative support service. Cristina returned to Orange County in 2025 and founded EZ Button LLC to bring that same operational excellence to businesses right here in Irvine.

The Heart Behind the Business
For Cristina, EZ Button LLC is more than a business — it's a continuation of a life's work. Her years serving at-risk women and children, particularly in Cambodia where she founded a dormitory to provide safe housing and educational support, shaped her understanding of what it means to truly serve others.
Education, she learned, is one of the most powerful tools for creating lasting change. A young woman with a degree and a career path is far less vulnerable than one without. That conviction drives everything she does — including how she runs EZ Button.
As EZ Button grows, Cristina intends to use the opportunities it creates to continue supporting the communities she served abroad — creating employment for skilled individuals in developing economies and contributing to the education and empowerment work she began in person. This isn't a marketing message. It's a personal commitment, and it's why she brings the same level of care and dedication to every client engagement.
