1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Button LLC (EZ Button, we, us, or our) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through ezbutton.llc, its contact and quote workflows, electronic agreement and checkout workflow, service-text messaging program, and related business communications (collectively, the Services).
This policy applies to Website visitors, prospective customers, customer representatives, and people who communicate with us. A signed customer service agreement may impose additional confidentiality or data-handling obligations for information exchanged during a paid engagement. If that agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy about handling engagement data, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

EZ Button does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Stripe collects and processes payment information on its hosted checkout service.
3. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, request texts, configure a quote, sign an agreement, complete checkout, email, call, or otherwise communicate with us. We collect some technical information automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, server logs, and security controls. We may receive transaction, communication, or Website-usage information from providers such as Stripe, LeadConnector, Postmark, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and our hosting provider.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate fit and prepare consultations; create and validate quotes; schedule and provide requested services; send communications you request; operate the optional service-text program; obtain and document electronic consent; process subscriptions and payments; manage customer relationships; provide support; maintain records; secure and troubleshoot the Services; prevent fraud and abuse; measure Website performance; comply with law; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and enforce applicable agreements.
We do not use service-text consent to send general marketing messages.
5. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
If you check the optional SMS consent box, EZ Button may send consultation and service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. A new form submission without affirmative SMS consent does not re-enroll an opted-out number.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that support requested communications, customer care, consent records, or message delivery, but only for those operational purposes.
7. How We Disclose Information
| Recipient category | Purpose |
|---|---|

| Microsoft Clarity | Provide consent-based heatmaps, session replay, interaction analytics, and usability insights for masked public Website content |
| Professional advisers and authorities | Obtain professional assistance, comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a protected business transaction |
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The SMS and mobile-information restrictions in Section 5 apply regardless of any broader disclosure described here.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining consent and opt-out evidence, administering agreements and transactions, complying with accounting or legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting security.
Public quote links expire after seven days. Backend records may be retained longer for security, pricing integrity, audit, or legal purposes. Signed agreements, payment records, consent evidence, suppression records, and related communications may be retained for the life of the relationship and afterward for applicable legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and recordkeeping periods. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, deidentify, or securely isolate it, subject to backups and legal holds.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Measures include HTTPS in transit, same-origin checks, rate limiting, bot controls, restricted server-side storage outside the public web root, file permissions, secret separation, signed Stripe webhook validation, and avoiding storage of complete card details. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may decline optional fields and SMS consent, reply STOP to text messages, unsubscribe from communications where an unsubscribe method is offered, adjust browser settings for cookies, and accept, decline, or revisit optional Website analytics through Privacy choices in the footer.
Depending on your residence and the law applicable to EZ Button, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain information about its use and disclosure; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. EZ Button does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a privacy request, email legal@ezbutton.llc with the subject Privacy Request and describe the request and the email address or telephone number associated with your interaction. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.
California’s Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses meeting statutory criteria, which may change over time. Whether or not a particular statutory right applies, EZ Button will consider reasonable verified privacy requests consistent with legal, security, recordkeeping, and contractual obligations.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen through the Website. 13. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide a reasonably prominent Website notice or another notice appropriate to the information and our relationship with you. We will obtain consent when required by law before applying a materially different use to previously collected information.
